King's Crown #102 is a 1st floor gulf front, corner condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den. There is no better view on the island than the one from King's Crown #102! Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets right from your very own screened lanai.
Enjoy the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from the front door, living room, dining room, kitchen and den. Open the sliding glass doors and let the wonderful sea breeze take you away from it all.
The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer/dryer and bar seating for two.
The living room has a flat-panel tv with built-in dvd player, cd stereo and is the perfect spot to relax with a good book or engage in lively debate with family or friends.
The master bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower that is also accessible from the main hallway.
Covered parking for your car is just below #102, and the building is accessible by elevator or a convenient stairway just by our door.
Our condo is pet-free and smoke free.
Our condo is only 1.2 miles walking or biking distance from the local grocery, galleries, restaurants, shops and boutiques.
A 2-week minimum rental is required from December 15 - May 1, no exceptions.
Weekly rentals are possible, but not guaranteed, from May 1 - December 15.
